A fun and interactive session suitable for parents of children 4-6 months who are beginning to think about introducing solid food to their little ones.

We will discuss different methods of weaning, the evidence surrounding introducing solid foods, oral hygiene and safety.

Growing Baby Course

Growing Baby Postnatal Course is designed for new parents to meet others with similar age babies and learn a bit about parenting and helping their child to grow. This is a 5 week course, with between 4 and 8 families for babies under 6 months old.

Sessions will include:

Sleep

What to do if your baby is unwell,

Playing with your baby,

Introducing Solid Food

Caring for You.

Parenting Courses

I am trained to deliver "Positive Parenting" Courses. These are short weekly courses which help parents look at how their child is developing and gives the opportunity to reflect on and work with the joys and difficulties having a young family can bring.
